Joe was brilliant. He did what was asked and offered great advice on a couple of other issues.

Joe had a cancellation so was able to arrive earlier than the appointment time which was great. He appeared to be very knowledgeable and carried out the work requested quickly. Unfortunately it didn’t resolve the issue with the car but that was not due to Joe’s work - the incorrect diagnostics had been carried out by the main dealer!

Joe was polite and friendly, had a professional attitude, very efficient at his work. Informative and knowledgeable about what he was doing and what had to be done.
