As the diagnosis of the car fault was done on-line, I think further diagnosis should have been carried out on site before the replacement of parts. The on-line diagnosis was incorrect so eventually the fault was diagnosed but only after replacing a probably serviceable part.

Phil was fantastic. Communication was excellent and the job was completed in no time at all.
I really couldn’t be happier.
