Absolutely fantastic! Could not recommend enough, turned up early. Was extremely professional, polite and friendly and even went to the next town to grab me an extra part. Came to my home, did the work efficiently and on schedule and popped the keys back to me. From a Customer perspective, this is exactly what you want!

My daughter was very interested in a 2003 Porsche Boxster 986 located in Seaford near Brighton but living in Gateshead, a 12 hour round trip just to view wasn't an option.
I booked an inspection by Mark via the ClickMechanic on Wednesday website who was able to visit the seller on Friday.
He phoned me after he'd finished but because I was working I could only get a brief summery including a couple of very minor issues. On looking at the emailed report when I got home showed just how comprehensive the inspection was and as all the checks received a "good" mark she has decided to purchase the car.

My only negative comment about clickmechanic is that the money was taken out of my account the day before the job was done - what if the mechanic was unable to attend on the day

This is the third time mark has worked on one of our vans. Very happy as always.

Mark was friendly and knowledgable and I am happy with the work he carried out?
There was a noise in engine after replacing cam belt and mark double checked everything and the noise did disappear after my road test.

Mark, Arrived on time and was amiable, examined the problem and assessed the problem after Diagnostic check confirmed our suspicions and provided quote to remedy problem. No problems , assessing financial recovery.
