Mark is a friendly person and a very knowledgeable vehicle mechanic with many years of experience. He is also a very determined person and doesn't give up when the going gets tough and it did get tough!

The work was good the only problems were that he came on the wrong day and we were in London for the day. Luckily my daughter was at home as normally she would be at work and also we had left the car key at home which also we would not normally have done.
