I said I needed the car after lunch and he assured me it would be done in plenty of time, and it was.

Excellent. They were running very late and couldn't make the time slot window I had been allocated. But I received a call early in the window to let me know they would be late. When they arrived it was late at night and they were conscious about the noise and the neighbors, so they moved things quietly. Fully explained what they were doing and gave a full report after the job was completed. They both looked very tired & had had a hard day - but they remained polite and professional. A+++
