Jonathan was friendly and explained the problems in great detail. He is really knowledgeable and approachable. The car was examined and faults were discovered that was obviously missed during the previous service and MOT. There was a lot more work needed which wasn't great for the bank balance but it obviously needed doing. He offered to show me the problems at his garage so I had a clearer understanding of the issues and what needed work. I found Jonathan trustworthy and thorough in his approach to the job. The car was located at the garage longer than anticipated whilst the work was carried out. However, all the work was carried out successfully and returned on the date he specified.
