Johnathan the mechanic was friendly, punctual and very professional. He fixed the problems with the coolant and water hose pipe to engine. Work was completed to an excellent standard and he took time to explained everything before he left and gave good advice about future maintenance on the coolant and even taught me how to change the windscreen wiper when I asked him. I have never used an online home call-out mechanic before this but found the whole experience easy and straightforward. Jonathan has been to fix a couple of unrelated issues on my car in the past couple of months, and has always identified and resolved the issue perfectly.

Jonathan rang beforehand to let me know exactly when he would arrive. On arrival he carried out the work efficiently and to my complete satisfaction, and explained to me what he had done.
I was particularly pleased with the precautions Jonathan took to prevent close contact during the present Covid19 situation - i am a 'vulnerable' person who has been shielding for many months, but I felt very safe whilst Jonathan carried out the work.

Jonathan came in the time slot he said he would he even phoned me 20 mins before to advise me he is on hes way.he arrived and got straight to my car asking me about the car and then carried hes work out.he then explained in detail what he thought was the cause and explained the process off that repair.
