Excellent service all round. Car flagged a warning for brake pads and I couldn't find a local garage with availability in time for a planned journey at the weekend. Posted job on Clickmechanic at lunchtime Thursday - within about 3 hrs I was booked in for service on Friday. Car was picked up Friday morning and dropped back in the afternoon. Very happy with the work and extremely convenient. Many thanks!

Impressed with Hares of East Preston - they called to arrange pickup, were spot on time, courteous, listened to my description of known issues and gave me an update part way through the service to advise of a fault. The repair and additional cost was agreed and reasonable and the van was returned on time and spotless. 10/10.

First class collection and delivery service . Picked up at 8am and returned very soon after the Job had been completed. Mechanic contacted me as soon as the job had been done to confirm completion and return of the car as soon as possible. Communication throughout the process has been excellent.
