For starters, Thank you. Luke was punctual and verbal which I appreciate. When Luke arrived was patience whilst I came to meet him. Explain to him what was going on and he got straight to it but was also was just authentic person we chat; which made the process smoother as I was skeptic about using ClickMechanic for the first time. Luke even made sure later on that the car was running fine as we found another potential minor issue in the OG booking that might need completing later.
