Ilulian arrived within the time frame agreed, having called me to confirm a more accurate time beforehand. He got straight to work and was happy to allow me to observe and ask questions. He identified a future issue with a perishable part and gave me advise on how to maintain the car.

Hi have a hearing problem and Lulian has a strong accent so communication on the phone was difficult. Also extra work was needed and not made clear to me that I had to authorise another booking to get work completed when already agreed via text to proceed with work. To compound issue I am away on holiday while this work is being carried out. So currently unable to comment on quality of workmanship.
Clutch on car a broken just before I was due to go on holiday so quite stressful to have car taken away with no firm date for return.

Lulian was polite and on time. Work was carried out to a high standard would recommend
