Turned up on time. Friendly and knowlegable. Only replace the parts that have to be replaced, resulting a small refund are given back to me.

Russell diagnosed the issue on my car very quickly and I was able to re-book it to be fixed the next day. He changed the coil pack very quickly too and the car works great now! Thanks a lot!

Russell carried out a pre-purchase inspection and was very thorough and knowledgeable. He telephoned me whilst carrying out the inspection with an update on his findings.
A few issues were identified which allowed me to renegotiate the purchase price.
