I was very pleased with the service I received. I was contacted promptly & was kept in the loop as the work was undertaken & although this couldn’t be completed on day one, the mechanic sourced a required part & returned the following day to finalise the repairs. Overall - very satisfied.

Russell changed the timing belt on my Diesel Qashqai. Communication was really good - text messages/calls with ETA and to inform of travel delays on route.
The work was completed quickly and Russell was really friendly. Unfortunately there was a problem with the repair and Russell had to return the next day to resolve it - Russell was very apologetic (these things happen!). The price was cheaper than going to my local garage(s) and much more convenient. Thank you, Russell and team!
