although a little late he had informed me well within the time window, and it
didn't make any difference for me so not a problem. both very friendly and quick , efficient , friendly and informative. Problem solved and part solved another I asked about . They have offered to return to fully resolve my other problem , which I will be going ahead with.

Russell was contracted to do our pre purchase vehicle check. He was brilliant, honest with his advice and helped us make the decision whether to purchase the vehicle. He even answered phone calls after he'd emailed the report to discuss the findings several times! Would recommend him every day!

This was the first time for using click mechanic and am very pleased from all the results

Excellent job. Due to foul weather they were delayed but I was kept informed and was happy to agree a later time.
They cleaned up the slight coolant spill and made sure all was working correctly including the rad fan coming on when it was supposed to.

Very polite, worked well and explained what needed to be done before proceeding with the task.

I expected a detailed review, well a.paragraph, even a couple of sentences would doelaboratinvon the leak (power steering oil leak) instead I got the words power steering oil leak, critical. So not pleased or I'm the least bit impressed. I don't know anymore than when I started off and told them I had a suspected power steering oil leak. A total waste of money.
