The main problem is that he is not coming out to do the job on the drive way , he will collect the car and do the job at his garage, i book a full service ( oil , oil filter, air filter, cabin filter, fuel filter ) and the mechanic decided to not change the fuel filter (because he thought that has been changed) and choose to not call me to ask me.. i had to rebook and drive 35min to his garage to have it done . Not the best costumer service overall.

Dave is very knowledgable, and gave me some excellent advice about my vehicle, I was very pleased and impressed, I will definitely use again, thanks for an excellent job.

Contact was good and a very pleasant and knowledgable mechanic; work was achieved in a methodical manner, the work area was kept clean and tidy, I did feel sorry that it was windy and raining but Dave just cracked on with the task in hand. Front brake pads and discs changed, the old set were available for inspection if required. It felt good to use a service and within a week the job was carried out. Exceptional service and carried out effectively.
