Kassim did a great job on changing the timing chain on my jaguar which proved to be a pretty extensive task. He was informative at all times and even sent videos of the work.
After a long hunt for someone to actually take the work on, it seems I found an absolute diamond. Highly recommended 👌

He was very knowledgeable and carried out the maintenance that needed doing . Also gave me a few pointers as to what will need doing in the future which I’m very grateful for.

I was initially dubious having the job accepted by a mechanic that was based about 30 miles away (purely as I needed a quick turnaround on the car). Kalim was extremely approachable and professional and was accommodating to needing the car back for the weekend. He sent pictures and videos through of work being done and of other areas that could do with work (but with no pressure as to what I did or didn't get done). The car was collected and returned fixed within 48 hours and drives really well after the work was done. He communicated throughout the experience and I would happily return / recommend.

Booked my car in for a clutch issue on clickmechanic, expected collection of my broken porsche 3 days after booking but Kalim called me and picked it up the very next day. I've been sent videos and had facetime calls to show me whats wrong and how we can fix it. Honestly never known a clear cut transparent mechanic like him. Will definitely be using his service again
