Charlie was great, called ahead and arrived at the confirmed time. Checked the car first and advised an alternative (and thankfully cheaper!) solution. It did mean having to go and get different parts but he confirmed a return time and was back promptly again. Job completed and he talked through the issue and what to keep an eye out for as well. Very pleased with the work and would be happy to use Charlie again.
