Eddie was very courteous and professional. He fully explained what he was going to do and what may happen if his diagnosis was different to what I thought the fault was. Once it was established it was a new clutch that was required ,he allowed me to inspect the old parts when they were removed and the new parts that were going to be installed. Overall he was a credit to your company.
