Fixed the issue, and increased the quoted price by £70. Because car needed recovering, even though this was pointed out at start of using click mechanic.

Click mechanic does let customers know that if a vehicle can’t not be driven, then a recovery charge will be added. We stuck to CM guidelines and charged the maximum we are allowed to; might I add each time I vehicle needs recovering I actually lose £10 as I have to subsidise the cost.
