Good communication. kept me fully informed about when he would arrive to do the work. Also showed me the output from the alternator charging the battery and advised me to get vthe rocker gasket renewed as the oil leak probably caused the generatot to fail.
I trained at Renault and Ford Dealerships and have a excellent concept of diesel and fuel systems. I have also been a Mobile Mechanic for 8 years and covered most models of cars and vans. I have always tried to deal with customers the way that i would expect to be treated both professionally, courteously and with respect to customers property.
