Andrew was excellent and very clear in his explanations. He accommodated a last minute change of venue for me because my circumstances changed between requesting a booking and him contacting me. He also was kind and sensitive enough to take my car away to carry out the repair as I work at a crematorium, and the car park is in full view of bereaved families attending funerals.
