TERRIBLE !!!!!!
Accept a job, knowing the model, the year and the engine of the vehicle on which this part does not exist. Charge £ 55.63 on an agreed quote of £ 83 for a non-existent repair, and 5 mins of time spent doing nothing. So incorrect, dishonest, who takes advantage of an easy system to make money without doing anything. Good advice never use these services, you will waste time and money !

Andrew was polite and most helpful the work was explained in detail and car returned repaired and running perfect I would highly recommend him for his first class door to door service having the car collected and brought back and just to make things even nicer He had put petrol in my car and Thanked me for working for the NHS what a lovely thing to do especially considering he is a key worker ensuring we all keep our vehicles on the road to enable us to go to work during this pandemic

Not happy at all. Spent £180 and car is exactly in the same state of disrepair as before. Feel cheated to be honest.

Hi Stewart,
I understand your frustration, but I did explain to you before I picked your car up that there is a chance the clean wont work, as if the dpf is too blocked. The cleaning agent wont work, you said that you where aware off that and said u where happy for me to continue.
