Nick was really helpful he explained everything and sorted the problem out and all is good.

Cabot speak highly enough about Nick, communication was good a phone call to let me know what time he would arrive. He was punctual and even though what I had booked him for was not needed he diagnosed my issue and explained why I’d had a fault light. And left me with the confidence that there were no on going issues and my car was good to go.

Nick phoned ten minutes before arrival to say he was on his way. Arrived soon after the beginning of the predicted time-slot. Nick was polite and amenable and got straight on with replacing the alternator. The weather was typical for a Manchester late autumn day, cold and wet, but he carried on with the work on my drive without complaint. Could not recommend more highly and will certainly book Nick again.
