mechanic collected keys from reception and then dropped them off afterwards..... didn't actually see him or her at all. hassle-free. happy with work done. all good there. my only little niggle found some of emails confusing as a couple asked me to sign in for something. didn't actually know what to do but must have done it correct as mechanic came the following day to do some more work.

No work was carried out to my BMW by DJC Cars as this was not their task. Their task was to diagnose the problem with the engine which they did very quickly and efficiently and gave good sound advice as to how to proceed through ClickMechanic

Charged too much to replace a thermostat housing and week later i t showed thermostat problems.

Hi Anjo, the process is very transparent, you input the repairs required, the system gives you a price based on the parts and labour so you knew the price before you placed the job on Clickmechanic. We completed the work as requested but you have given us a bad review nearly 2 months after because you could of bought the part cheaper elsewhere and we would not take the parts back after they have been fitted.

Poor communication from the company, told that my car would be ready within the hour (at midday) only for the car to be returned at 17:30. Telephone number on the service report doesn’t even connect to the company.
Only contacted after I told the driver that I would be placing a negative review that I was called and told that the “wrong” fuel filter had been delivered and that they had to wait to show clickmechanic the work was complete. The invoice to say my work was complete arrived at 12:44.

The contact number works perfectly fine (read our other reviews to confirm) and again no calls from yourself highlighting your concerns? Your car was in for a service and MOT the car had advisories and we were unable to contact you to discuss whether you wanted any further work completed. We didnt change the fuel filter so I'm confused why you think we did? We've tried to call you today to discuss your review but we were unable to get through Please call us on 07739802251 and we will happily go through what the car was booked in for.
