The mechanic arrived at my workplace as agreed and on time. The booking was based on some replacement brake pads that my local BMW dealer had insisted were required. However, on inspection he advised that the work was not actually required for at least another 6 months and took me round the car to show my in person.

Devang was excellent told me exactly what he was doing thought he had found the problem and gave me a quote which I accepted. He ordered the part but when it came it did not match the part I needed. He then looked further into the problem and got back to me to say the part and labour was almost as much as the car was worth being that it is an old car. I am now deciding what to do.
