Pleased with the service received. Car was picked up on time. Returned on time. Fixed properly and the mechanic was polite and helpful. The price was excellent. I liked that the post job invoice listed parts and labour separately. Will use again.

I commute to Cardiff every day and so was very releaved have my car fitted with a new alternator within 24 hours of deciding to use click mechanic. I really wasnt sure at first but the mechanic who excepted the job was extremely knowledgeable, professional and friendly - great service all around. Top banana!

Neil was brilliant, turned up early and straight away made me aware of a common issue with the oil filter cover and the chance that if it needed replacing it wouldn’t be until Monday (this was on a Saturday afternoon) but we hoped not and continued with the work...luckily didn’t need replacing and brought the car back on time, very courteous and listened to everything I had too say, even went that little bit further and fixed my exhaust rattling, would highly recommend.

Andrew picked up my car at 8.30am and brought it back at the end of the day, Service and MOT all done. Invaluable service for people with disabilities like myself.
