Pawel, was very polite and extremely helpful. Had booked for something to be done, turned out it wasn't that, he then went on to find out what needed doing and advised it would have to done at a garage. Would recommend him.

Absolutely terrific! We were told by a garage that we needed a new catalytic converter and quoted £800. On the recommendation of a friend we tried click mechanic. Not only did the mechanic arrive within 2 days of the initial enquiry, he advised that it was a different problem and the cat converter was fine. Rescheduled appointment for 24 hours later and the correct parts have been fitted. Working in dark, wet conditions the job was competed quickly. Can’t fault the service and knowledge!
