Mechanic was friendly and explained everything. Even though he knew straight away the problem, he still went through everything to check. Pleasure watching him work and his diagnostic skills were impeccable. Highly recommend.

This has been a TERRIBLE experience. I payed £95 for this guy to come round and spend 15 minutes opening and closing the back door of my car and looking at the sunroof. We established I needed a new sunroof seal. He said he’d get back to me the next day with a quote for the work and parts. He didn’t. After 3 days I contactind click mechanic and him on his personal number I eventually get told he can’t send me that quote and to book in anyways, he’ll order the parts and they’ll cost about £40. I booked in for 8-10am on Tuesday being told the parts would arrive on Monday. 9:50am on Tuesday I gat a call saying that Renault had sent the wrong parts and he wasn’t coming. He should of checked the parts the day before maybe. Anyways he said that he would be round on Wednesday morning 11am to fix it. 10:30am I get a call saying that Renault has sent the wrong parts again and that the right parts would be £129 now not £40. This means he was either ordering the wrong parts and wasting my time or decided he would charge me extra. I called click mechanic (for the 6th time) to discuss getting a competent mechanic round or refunding the money I’d spent on this guy. I was told ClickMechanic would call me back. After an hour I called again and got told that I wouldn’t get a refund and that I would have to source the parts I need from Renault MYSELF and then get an independent mechanic to fit it.
THIS WAS A TOTAL WASTE OF £95, DO NOT BOOK ANYTHING WITH THIS MECHANIC. All I wanted was my car fixed but this has been a big waste of 2 weeks of my time and nearly £100 of my money. Read more

The work was booked with another mechanic 2 weeks ago ,who cancelled once and had the wrong part the second time. So I was getting a bit stressed.

When he turned up usually late he was very good.very happy with the work carried out
