The mechanic was lovely and he did his best. I am just disappointed that I was still charged full price when he didn't manage to get my car back on the road. I have now had to call another mechanic which is costing me more money.

The booking system said the appointment was for Tuesday, however he turned up on Monday (which was fine),

I am fully insured and all work is fully guaranteed. I carry most common parts on my van, however if I do need to go to the stockist to get a part then I won't charge you for any travelling time whatsoever, and as I have accounts with most suppliers getting parts is never an issue.
