The car was just dropped off after having a service & MOT so I haven’t driven it yet.
Mojtaba was great, arrived within the timeframe and kept me updated. He informed me of other work needed and explained why it was needed but gave me the option not to go ahead. I had the additional work done.

This was ridiculously easy to book and for the service to be carried out. Booked it on Wednesday and by Thursday afternoon car back and serviced. Really is as easy as the website suggests. Definitely use again. The only aspect that I think would be useful is if the mechanic left a business card/contact details as to where the car is going.
