Lee carried out a pre-purchase inspection for a used car, his communication was excellent, answering all messages promptly and took time to check out some specific issues I raised. He was punctual and provided the report and photos really quickly. Gave me great peace of mind that car was sound before making the payment.

Lee kept in touch throughout the process and was very thorough and honest with his appraisal. He turned up to view the vehicle and the seller wasn’t there, but he didn’t get annoyed at the inconvenience. I hope to use him again.
