Done what needed doing and went the extra mile for me will defiantly use Kens autos again

Ken’s Autos went the extra mile.
When they replaced my water pump they discovered a hose had a leak but unfortunately it would take to the following week to get the part.
When they learnt we needed the car for a holiday in Devon they made some enquiries and managed to find the part and had my car back to me in time for the start of the holiday.

Very happy with the service. I have given feedback and found it annoying to be asked for more as part of this process.

All round ok. Yes I am pleased with the work done. He was very friendly and abided by safety regulations.

Finally managed to get the agreed works completed after finding out certain works were not carried out satisfactory. Resolved in the end and satisfied with the result.

Unfortunately I don't know his name, However he was very nice, took my car and returned it when it had been serviced and MOT'd and sorted a couple of other bits for me too.

Next day booking. Car collected , work done and delivered within hours. Total satisfaction.

I cannot comment on the quality of the work today as I have not been there but am impressed of the overall excellently organised system for helping customers. The MOT was conducted with the necessary paper work left upon returning the car. All the instructions I have given to the mechanic have been accurately fulfilled. Thank you.

Mark was great! He informed me throughout the process and did a fantastic job. He impressed me so much I even booked my MOT with him the next day.
