Very happy all round. Work carried out and friendly guy!! And good advice on a maybe other issue with the car. Many thanks!!

Firstly I should state that I had two mechanics the first arrived took the alternator out went off to get another and said he would be back the following day I still have the text to say don’t panic I will be back tomorrow. I tried calling him texting him and no response, nothing. The stress he caused me and my wife, she thought we had been scammed , was unbelievable. The job was then cancelled money refunded. I then had to through the whole process again meanwhile spending £60 on taxis to get to work. I asked for this to be reimbursed and nothing.
Last Monday Joe another mechanic turned up with new alternator fitted it but battery could not be charged but he noticed it was a Bosch and he told me that it had a 4 year gurantee or warranty so I contacted the garage and our Son picked up brand new battery and fitted it. Car now working but the first mechanic a complete waste of space, no reimbursement of the £60 that I had to spend because of him but Joe the second mechanic was brilliant and I will ask for him again Thanks Joe Read more

He was great and very helpful and polite. On time and fixed the problem promptly and studiously.

Couldn't fault the mechanic at all. I must admit I had my doubts about the whole process but he was friendly, found the problem, did the work and did a good job with a solution plus also pointed out low coolant. What more could you ask for.

All they done was checking the fault I’m happy they think they found the fault
But as for fault repairs n service together it seems too deep for me to pay so I want know how much repairs cost leave service

If I could award Joe and Joe a gold star I would. What am asset they must be to your company. They are indeed a true tribute to the service your company requires from it's staff. I am truly grateful to their patience, kindness and clarity in carrying out the work to my little Kia. WELL DONE LADS
