Kyle was really helpful. He asked ahead of time if he could come round earlier which actually suited me better. He finished the initial job really quickly and mentioned there was a misfire.
When I drove the car I realised the misfire was really bad and the car wasn't like that before. He came round the next day to have a look, found a part that must have broken during the initial work, and then he came back again the following day to refit the replacement. After that, on starting the engine there was a noise from the power steering which wasn't there before. Kyle went to get some fluid and after topping it up it was all good again.

Kyle was great. Very friendly and communicative. Was unable to fix car on first visit due to needing extra part which he tried but couldn’t source locally. Managed to source part and make replacement on second visit on New Years Day. All over Christmas period. 10/10.
