Ryan sent a text ahead of his arrival and to inform me that he was going to be arriving earlier which was no problem at all. On arrival, he was well presented and courteous, and he explained clearly what would happen. Later on in the day, Clickmechanic said the original time needed to complete the job had to be adjusted. I texted Ryan and he replied promptly to confirm this. Communication was very good and after returning the vehicle, he briefly explained what had happened and what they did. Overall very satisfied with the level and speed of service provided.
