I thought the idea of Click Mechanic was to have mechanics local to you to do the work. I didn't expect my car, after being collected for an MOT and service, to be driven over a 100 miles, using nearly half a tank of fuel, also emptying my glove box to change the air filter and leaving everything on the floor and returning my car with a broken key. I shall be more careful in future as to who I get to do the work.

Shamshad picked up the car earlier than expected. Haven't driven it yet but I had a complete breakdown of the work carried out for the full service. Rang to ask about break fluid before going ahead. Would use this again

Bit of a panic the day before my car was booked in (for a Saturday), as mechanic said their ramp had broken. Booked for the following Monday, then asked later if could collect car Sunday evening - which worked well for me as then didn't have to get up early on Monday! Collected car when said they would, kept up-to-date with text messages and car delivered back by Monday lunchtime.
