Chris was communicative, articulate and clear regarding the pre-purchase inspection check he carried out for me and pointed out things I certainly wouldn't have noticed, which were material in deciding whether to buy the car or not.

Chris was a brake specialist. Arrived precisely on time.... replaced pads as requested, noted that one disc had been grooved by worn pad, suggested a new disc would reduce quicker than average wear on new pads but did not attempt a "hard sell" or "scare sell" tactics, and accepted that my cash flow didnt stretch to a new disc at this time.
Finished work quickly and I noticed he double checked torque on wheel nuts...
