Marcus was great, especialy as the part needed to fix the car ended up being faulty as well. He fully checked the car to ensure there wasnt another fault, kept me fully informed and was able to get a new part and sort the car out in a matter days. would fully recommend him.

Marco was amazing. He kept in touch about my part delivery and even came sooner then expected appointment. And price was brilliant. And I even got some money back as not all parts were used. Which was great. Will definitely recommend :)

Mechanic was friendly.
Problems:
1. I booked for Thursday 8-10am as I needed my car urgently. They called at 9:43am stating the parts weren’t in and they’ll be able to come over later that day. They then called at 4:33pm, stating they could not get it done today, I thought this was quite rude considering I could have booked other mechanics in the 7 odd hours they had me waiting.
2. Danny came on Friday, fixed my spark plugs and told me I still needed a ‘coil pack’. I’m not a fan of mechanics scamming people when it comes to cars because people may not know too much about them. I asked him if all 4 ignition coils needed to be replaced, he said ‘probably’ and proceeded to say he’ll go to his next job, then send me a quote so he could complete the work on the Friday.

I didn’t receive any further correspondence on their part until I emailed questioning them. They replied the following day stating that they’ll send over a quote and they’ll be able to get the parts on Monday.
So I needed my vehicle on Thursday and they said I potentially wouldn’t be able to use it until Monday.
I then received an outrageous quote for basically £200 for a coil pack replacement.
I asked if all 4 needed to be replaced, to which they replied that probably only 2/3. So why would I need to spend more on 1 or 2?
I decided to contact a more reliable mechanic on Saturday, he told me I only needed one ignition coil replaced, did it for me in a matter of minutes and I was able to use my vehicle again.

I will not be working with this company again.

Quality of work was good, very quickly completed too. Danny called to reschedule due to the wrong parts being made available, but then needed to again reschedule to the following morning. Not an issue at the moment with working from home every day, but can’t give full ratings for that reason.
