Marcus was excellent. He was prompt, polite, very efficient, fitted the alternator quickly and then explained how long I should leave the car running to charge up the battery. I had a follow-up query the next day which he responded to immediately and his response resolved this issue. This is the first time I've used ClickMechanic and I was really impressed by the quality of the service and will definitely use again if I have any more car problems in the future.

Marcus was very professional on the phone, giving me updates and timescales, when needed.
Even though the temperature was -1 outside, George came on time and without any fuss carried out the work on our driveway(front and rear brakes changed and health check carried out) and gave the necessary advise after the job was complete. Very happy with the all-round service.
