Hi your mechanic did attend on the 6th as arranged but, it was then arranged for him to do the service
at 10 am on Saturday. However Saturday arrived, but your mechanic did not. He does not reply to the many phone calls I have made to him. He has not done any of the work that he has claimed payment for. Therefore surely this is criminal and I would hope you do not employ criminals in your organization. I will now expect a full refund of the monies he has taken. Regards Ray Bowman.
