I have never used ClickMechanic before and rarely leave a customer review, but I have been blown away. My wife is a keyworker and she noticed a rattling sound coming from the front of the car, especially when changing gears as well as when pressing/releasing the accelerator pedal. Clicking sounds could be heard too. We called a dealership and they were unavailable until the end of the month and their proposed diagnostic fee were double than ClickMechanic, unfortunately. We made contact with ClickMechanic on Friday and when the mechanic (Ben) came on Saturday night he not only diagnosed the issue, saw the item that was causing the rattling, asked my wife to test drive and we're 100% delighted with the outcome. Well amazon sent me the wrong parts so they could not be fitted and the fuel pressure regulator could not be taken off so it was a complete waste of time and then you have the cheek to charge me £94 for work that was not completed at all very very poor

Ben carried out my job. He was very knowledgeable as he has worked for both Ford and BMW. Fortunately I have a Ford so he knew my car well. Job was done well and he even checked and explained to me on what could be causing a hissing sound that I have been hearing for a while now from my engine bay.
