Faliak did a good job - he arrived early and got the job done quickly. He also identified another fault in my car. So overall I was happy with the job he did.
Unfortunately he went ahead and charged me for the extra fault he'd identified even though he didn't fix it and I'd given no indication of wanting to get it fixed. Once I received the reciept via email I realised I'd been charged extra so I contacted him and he reassured me the money would not be taken from my account - it was just in the reciept in case I wanted the fault fixed. However I discovered this was not the case and even as I write this review I am still waiting for my refund.
