Ian was outstanding! He was kind, professional and communicated with me every step of the way. It was my first time using a mobile mechanic and will certainly not be my last. Exceptional service.

I was a bit apprehensive using click mechanic as I've never used them before and unsure of process. I'm so glad Ian accepted the job because it made the process a great experience. I'm so happy with the communication and work done, also the convenience of having my vehicle collected then dropped back off within half a day is so ideal. Have used a lot of mechanics but would highly reccommend Ian to anyone, very knowledgeable, genuine, friendly and efficient 😊

Having been very badly let down earlier in the day by another company, he was able to come in and save the day and restore my faith in mobile mechanics. He took my car away, fixed it and came back later in the afternoon with it all sorted. He saved me from wasting another day off work on Friday. I will certainly be using him again.

mechanic picked up on several points I had not expected and therefore the MOT was very much more expensive. However that is better than a wheel falling off. I was phoned several times to keep me aware of defects and costs, and found him friendly and informative . I ended up satisfied .
