MINI Mini Check glow plugs - attempt removal

Sadly he was unable to complete the job as I was having glow plugs changed and one snapped which I was fully expecting to happen and no fault of Leigh, While here he also pointed out a possible issue with my brakes which I greatly appreciate.

Didn't fix the problem and broke the inspection panel below the steering wheel. Still waiting for him to return to repair. The people he recommended to fix the original problem were excellent.

Gary - apologies in the lack of communication post job to repair the panel. As eluded to on my visit I said I’d be able to visit this week but wasn’t sure when which you had no reservations about.
Regarding Communication and punctuality - I contacted you the day prior and asked to if I could complete the work a day early which you accepted.
The job was booked as a “Power steering fluid refresh” which was not the cause of the problem hence changing the job to a diagnostics confirming a fault with the electro hydro steering system.
