Yes, delighted with what was done. Can’t fault the mechanic. I don’t understand why the car has to go through an MOT first as I was paying for a service and MOT. Surely the service would have picked up the faults first and rectified them prior to the test. This would have saved a retest - saving the MOT testing centre time and effort. This is not the mechanics fault - it’s the fault of the company. I have had dealing before where the booking party takes a slice of the action and did not deliver so I was sceptical of using the internet again. Excellent service. I booked a battery replacement about 11.30am and by 4.30pm the same day, the job had been completed.
Leigh was great and in line with current rules he kept his distance.
