Yes really friendly and knowledgeable guy, explained a lot of what he was doing and was on site for over 3 hours in the end, really thorough. Car is purring!
He was an hour late, but i dont blame him for that, i think the booking planners need to allow for jobs that take longer than expected, and for travelling times, etc.
