I will be requiring a further attendance of a mechanic to the same car in connection with a problem
(unconnected with this assignment) that can now be undertaken following this attendance by

Car was left in a DANGEROUS condition with brake fluid leaking from the caliper. It had clearly not been tested, either on the drive or a test drive and I feel fortunate I made it home safely in the car. Whilst the mechanic did return and stopped the leak, the pedal still seems to sink so I have it booked in to an alternative garage to check it over.

3 hours late.
I was called 5 minutes before the end of the booking window to be told it would be another hour before the mechanic could get to me.
An hour later, I had another call to say it would be another hour.
An hour later a mechanic phoned to say he was on the way, but would be another hour.
I don't have an issue with the mechanic, he was stitched up by Westbourne's despatch, and their lack of ability to sort out an alternative solution.

Arrived early, completed the job in really good time. Friendly and gave some useful advice. Didn't try and sell anything or add jobs, made me aware of things I might want to get done but in no way a sales pitch. Would definitely use again. Thank you.

A terrific mechanic, very knowledgable, professional, punctual and courteous, could not fault him.
