The work detailed and paid for was carried out, Therefore the rating detailed is to reflect the work, in terms of will i be returning ? not likely. I felt i was bothering then when asking for the expert advice - not the best customer experience.

Carl is great. The work was scheduled to be done within a couple of days, whereas the main agent was quoting weeks. The work was done really quickly while I waited.

I was very impressed with the service I received from Carl and his Garage. Customer care very good and an excellent service provided all round. Would definitely use again in the future 😊👍

The only fault was that he didn't turn up on the day I had booked. Had to contact him to rearrange appointment.
