I was booked in to investigate a whistling/squeaking noise. I received a call from the garage allowing me to visit within the hour as opposed to the next day and the minor issue was identified and fixed within 30 minutes of my arrival. Everyone at the garage is friendly and should i ever need a mechanic to help, i won't hesitate to book in with them again.

Friendly and even rang to check if he could come early to collect the car. Top class work as well

Fault was a different fault,
communication was poor,
Uncertainty over additional cost,
Car given back with a worse fault than I arrived with. Electric window would not close. The owner advised me to return with my car if any issues. Had to source another mechanic. I’ve written a complaint over the charge applied and will never use Click Mechanic again.

Usman and his mechanic was really professional and friendly at the same time. Quick turnaround for the job and he managed to get me booked in quicker after speaking to him through the phone.

Great service all around. Quick and reliable. I couldn’t drop the car to their garage so they came in to pick it up. It was returned within an hour. Definitely recommend!

Was kept up to date and they organised an uplift and let me know what was happening often - great communication. Was "only" a clutch cable replacement but job done quickly and clutch feels great.
