This was my second appointment with ClickMechanic and I am so happy that it met my expectations 100% even after I gave a short notice!

Few good comments:

1. I gave a short notice and I got a response from ClickMechanic later in the evening saying no mechanics available immediately. Fair enough.
2. ClickMechanic gave me another slot on the next available day, that was again very well communicated
3. I just got my car back in 2 hours after successfully completing the job!

Requested a pre-purchase inspection to be done on a 15 year old car we were considering buying that was for sale in Stockport but we were based in Birmingham. Click mechanic found an experience local mechanic named Jack to do the job. The inspection criteria checked in the report was very extensive & thorough. We had Jack's number & we able to speak to him personally & ask further questions about the car that the report had prompted. The report gave us the confidence to make the trip to inspect & test drive the car ourselves - found everything to be spot on & fair. A good reliable runner that we bought it & drove back with it same day!

Jack was excellent - he got the car going in a matter of minutes. He had identified there might be an ongoing problem with the battery (which there was) and had the presence of mind to bring a replacement which he fitted in next to no time and the cost was a lot less than I was expecting to pay. All in all a fantastic experience at minimal cost and a car that works!!

After the job was complete there was a small problem with the earth connection, mechanic came back to fix it without complaint. Job done.
