This is an update on our previous review.
Although no MOT was given and at the time no explanation had been received for the 2 advisory’s on our MOT test, the mechanic has now telephoned and explained what exactly happened and that they were really not an issue.
He also apologised and said he should have left / given us a paper copy and explained.
We are very happy that he did this and would feel much more comfortable using him again.
Had he done this initially his overall score would have been a perfect 5 stars across the board.
I wanted to put the record straight as initially i felt his communication was poor, but he followed up and redeemed himself.

John was great. Very friendly and helpful. Arrived when he said he would. Kept me informed of progress and got the work done quickly.
Would definitely recommend 5 stars all round.
